We are open from 07:30 to 20:00, seven days a week including weekends and bank holidays. The last collection is at 20:00.

£5 per small bag or backpack, £10 per suitcase or large bag. This is a flat all-day rate — no hourly charges, no extra fees, no weight limits.

None. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no booking fees, no administration fees, and no late charges as long as you collect before 20:00.

No. We charge a flat all-day rate. Whether you drop off at 07:30 and collect at 19:50, or drop off at 14:00 and collect at 16:00, you pay the same price.

Yes. Passengers who have booked the Salisbury to Stonehenge Shuttle (at salisburytostonehenge.co.uk) receive complimentary bag storage at Caboose — just show your shuttle booking.

We accept all bag types: backpacks, day bags, handbags, suitcases, holdalls, sports bags, camera bags, laptop bags, pushchairs, prams, and golf bags. If it fits through the door, we can store it.

No weight limit. We do not weigh your bags. The size categories (small bag vs suitcase) are based on typical bag dimensions, not weight.

Yes. Oversized items like pushchairs, prams, and golf bags are accepted. These are charged at the large bag rate (£10) and stored in our dedicated storage room.

We take good care of every bag, but we recommend keeping high-value items such as passports, cash, and jewellery with you. Caboose B&B accepts no liability for items left inside bags.

Yes — we require online booking to ensure space is available for your bags. The booking process takes under 60 seconds. Same-day bookings are accepted.

Simply show your booking confirmation email (printed or on your phone) to our team. We will label your bags and store them immediately.

We only release bags to the person named on the booking and will ask for confirmation of the booking reference. If you need someone else to collect, please contact us in advance.

Our closing time is 20:00. If you are going to be delayed, please call us as soon as possible on 01722 504858 so we can advise. We cannot guarantee access after closing time.

Exit through the main station entrance onto South Western Road. Turn left and walk 150 metres — approximately 2 minutes. Caboose B&B is on your right at No. 115, a 2 minute walk from the station.

There is no dedicated customer parking at Caboose B&B. Salisbury has several car parks within a 5-minute walk including the Central Car Park on Malthouse Lane.
